Women, Ambition and (Still) the Pay Gap

Women now outnumber men at undergraduate universities and have moved into managerial positions, but they still face several problems. One is that there are still few women at top level positions and another is that they are still not paid equal to men. Rosabeth Moss Kanter discusses why this might be.
