Generation Y was born between 1982 and 2002. Hara Estroff Marano, editor of Psychology Today, calls Generation Y “a nation of wimps.” Mainly, because they feel they are entitled to everything without lifting a finger.

Tammy Erickson, President of The Concours Institute, gives you the tips you need. And she is surprisingly optimistic about working with Generation Y. Who’d a thought?
